Abstract:
A molding device (13) which constitutes part of a paper container production device (10) and is equipped with a vertically moving device (14), and to which are attached, from the upstream side, first dies (21a, 21b) which are scoring means and second dies (22a, 22b) which constitute blank sheet-punching means and pressing means. Heating members (23a, 23b) which are heating means are positioned between the first dies (21a, 21b) and the second dies (22a, 22b). The starting paper (57) is continuously supplied from a supply device (11) to the molding device (13), and the scoring in a prescribed location by the first dies (21a, 21b), the heating treatment in a prescribed location by the heating members (23a, 23b) and the blank sheet punching and molding into a container shape by the second dies (22a, 22b) are performed in synchronization in the supplied order. As a result, the operation time for both the scoring means and heating means does not affect the operation time for the punching means and pressing means.
