Abstract:
The present invention achieves a paper sheet storage container that enables accurate removal of paper sheets one by one with a simple mechanism. A paper sheet mounting table (3) is urged upward by an elastic member so that the position of the uppermost paper sheet of a group of paper sheets mounted on the paper sheet mounting table is substantially the same as the position of a hole through which air flows, and the group of paper sheets is sandwiched between the paper sheet mounting table (3) and gripping members (5a, 5b). Then, in this state, in the paper sheet storage container (100), air is blown from the side onto the uppermost paper sheet of the group of paper sheets mounted on the paper sheet mounting table (3), and thus the center vicinity of the uppermost paper sheet can be raised.
