Abstract:
Provided is a papermaking control system for maintaining the stability of the quantitative weight, thickness and moisture content, the system comprising: a feeding setting for selecting a papermaking raw material and providing a control system for feeding; a weighing device for weighing raw materials required for papermaking; a compression device for compressing and integrating the weighed raw materials; a rolling and dewatering device for dewatering the compressed materials; and a forming setting for forming, embossing and packaging the dewatered materials. The system can produce paper with moderate moisture content and thickness, and makes the tension of the paper increase such that the paper is wear-resistant and difficult to tear, and thus, the quality of the paper is improved; and the system uses few raw materials, saves energy while being highly efficient, and has a low wastage rate of raw materials.
