Abstract:
A parallel beating-up and weft insertion mechanism. A beating-up driving swing arm (17) is connected to a beating-up drive shaft (18) in a passing through mode; a beating-up fixed stroke reciprocating mechanism is in driving connection with the beating-up driving swing arm (17); the lower end of a beating-up follow-up swing arm (21) and the lower end of a beating-up active sley sword (19) are connected to a beating-up follow-up shaft (20) and the beating-up drive shaft (18) respectively in a passing through mode; a connecting line of the beating-up drive and follow-up shafts (18, 20), the beating-up active sley sword (19), the beating-up follow-up swing arm (21) and a main follow-up swing arm connecting rod (22) form a parallelogram; and a sley (23) with a reed (24) is connected to the main follow-up swing arm connecting rod (22) in a passing through mode; and a weft insertion fixed stroke reciprocating mechanism drives the lower end of a weft insertion tooth arm (6) connected by means of a weft insertion swing arm (4), an upper arcuate tooth part (601) of the weft insertion tooth arm (6) meshes with an upper tooth part (701) of a pinion (7), and above the pinion (7), a rapier drive tooth disc (11) is passed through by an input bevel gear (8) and a rapier drive shaft (10) to drive strip-shaped teeth (121) on a rigid rapier (12) inside a rigid rapier (12) rail seat to mesh. The mechanism can use weft insertion at a weaving shed to weave, and the reed beats up parallelly, thereby effectively simplifying the structure, manufacturing period and cost of the reed, and conveniently achieving variety replacement.
