Abstract:
A parameterless position-sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor control method based on MTPA. The control method comprises a current control mode and comprises steps: step 1, receiving a given current Idq* and a γ angle inputted by a user, and calculating Id_r* and Iq_r*; step 2, looking up a corresponding α angle in an MTPA data table according to the Id_r* and the Iq_r*; step 3, calculating Id_Ref and Iq_Ref by utilizing the α angle, the Id_r* and the Iq_r*; and step 4, obtaining θ(v) by inputting the current Iq_Ref and a feedback current Iq of real-time operation of a motor into a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL), and obtaining Vq by means of PI processing of the current Id_Ref and a feedback current Id of real-time operation of the motor. Because Vd=0,Vdq=Vq in an MTPA mode, Vα and Vβ can be obtained by using θv and Vdq, and current control can be achieved. According to the method, an algorithm is simplified, the operation is simple, the occupation of chip resources is reduced, the cost is reduced, and a bottleneck problem of high dependence on a motor resistance Rs, inductance Lq, Lq and magnetic flux λm is solved.
