A wireless communicator is installed so as to be capable of communicating with a wireless transmitter which exists in a parking space. Information written in the wireless transmitter through the wireless communicator is periodically read. On the basis of a read result for the information written in the wireless transmitter, a condition of a vehicle in the parking space is managed.
