Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for ensuring the industrial safety of a particulate polyethylene polymer. The risk of dust explosions is significantly lowered by providing the particulate polyethylene polymer having a minimum ignition energy exceeding 1000 mJ, wherein the average particle size is 100-2000 ㎛ inclusive, and the components having a particle size of less than 50 ㎛ are present as less than 1 volume%.
