Abstract:
The present invention relates to a passage detection method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: performing detection processing on a video frame of a video under detection to obtain first location information of an object to pass in the video frame, and second location information of a target item; matching the object to pass with the target item according to the first location information and the second location information, and determining a target object having the target item; and generating a detection result at least according to the target location information of the target object, and sending the detection result to an access control system. According to the passage detection method according to the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that an object to pass carries a target item, a detection result is generated. The detection result may be used for indicating that the object passing through the access control system carries the target item, and the access control system may wait for the target object and the target item to pass through and then the access control system is closed, so that the situations that the object carrying the target item fails to pass or is mistakenly injured can be reduced.
