Abstract:
Provided is a passenger conveyor that can, with a simple configuration, suppress the displacement of a step in the lateral direction. This passenger conveyor includes: a pair of rails (3) provided along the advancing direction of a step (2) and on the left and right sides thereof; and a pair of drive rollers (8) that support the step (2) via a shaft and that move along the top surface of the rails (3). The top surface of the rails (3) is inclined, in the lateral direction, downward towards the center of the step (2), thereby suppressing displacement of the step (2) in the lateral direction.
