Abstract:
In this passenger conveyor, a footstep includes a guide roller. A guide rail includes a rail main part and rising parts which restrict movement of the guide roller in the width direction. The guide roller has a roller outer circumferential surface and roller lateral surfaces. The rail main part has a support surface with which the roller outer circumferential surface comes into contact. The rising parts have opposing surfaces that oppose the roller lateral surfaces. When viewed in the movement direction of the guide roller, a corner part between the support surface and each of the opposing surfaces has a radius of curvature greater than the radius of curvature of a corner part between the roller outer circumferential surface and each of the roller lateral surfaces.
