Abstract:
The present invention relates to a patterned jig for an electrode laser notching process and a laser notching system comprising same, wherein a laser is emitted in parallel to the ground so as to notch-process an electrode tab on one side of an electrode film such that scraps and foreign materials generated during the notch-processing process are removed easily, and productivity can be improved. A patterned jig for an electrode laser notching process according to the present invention comprises: a first patterned drum having the shape of a disk having a pattern hole formed through the outer peripheral surface thereof such that a laser passes through same, thereby supporting one side of an electrode film; a disk-shaped second patterned drum installed to face the first patterned drum at a predetermined distance therefrom, thereby supporting one side of the electrode film; and a first guide drum and a second guide drum coaxially arranged between the first patterned drum and the second patterned drum and coupled to a rotating shaft installed to penetrate the center of the first patterned drum and that of the second patterned drum such that same are forced against the inner parts of both sides of the electrode film while rotating together with the rotating shaft. Sides of the first guide drum and the second guide drum, which face each other, have film guide corrugations formed as zigzag corrugations engaging with each other, respectively, so as to support the transverse center of the electrode film.
