Abstract:
A payoff apparatus for cable production, comprising a support plate (1); a mounting plate (2) is fixedly connected to the top part of the support plate (1); a motor (3) is fixedly mounted at the front surface of the mounting plate (2); a connecting block (4) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor (3); accommodating grooves (5) are formed at two sides at the inner part of the connecting block (4); a bearing (6) is provided penetrating two sides at the top part of the connecting block (4); the bottom part of the bearing (6) extends to the inner part of the accommodating grooves (5); a threaded sleeve (7) is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the bearing (6); a threaded rod (8) is in threaded connection with the inner part of the threaded sleeve (7); and the top part of the threaded rod (8) penetrates the threaded sleeve (7) and extending to the outer part of the threaded sleeve (7). By means of the engagement between the bearing (6), the threaded sleeve (7), the threaded rod (8), a mounting block (9), a bump (10), moving blocks (11), a slide block (12), a first slide groove (13), a first spring (14), a clamping rod (15), clamping blocks (18), a clamping groove (19), a limit rod (21), a second spring (23), and a limit groove (24), the present invention modifies existing mounting structures, replaces payoff rings at a high speed, improves production efficiency of cables, and is easy to use.
