Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pellet shaping machine using expansion pressure. To explain more specifically, in order to shape various types of sludge produced during a water and sewage treating process into a pellet to enable the sludge to be used as an alternative fuel, the pellet shaping machine includes an outer tub and a heater disposed in the outer tub and employs a combined sludge transfer method in which sludge is repeatedly pressed and transferred while the sludge is heated by the heater so that expansion pressure of water vapor generated by evaporation of moisture contained in the sludge is applied to the sludge. Therefore, the pellet shaping machine can easily shape sludge into a pellet through an extrusion hole without accumulation of the sludge around the extrusion hole.
