Abstract:
A pen changing device for stone slab engraving. The pen changing device comprises a front plate (11), a back plate (12), a rotary disc (13), a connecting support (14), a pen sleeve (15), a scribing pen (16) and an actuator (17). The front plate (11), the rotary disc (13) and the back plate (12) are arranged sequentially in parallel. The connecting support (14) is used to fix the front plate (11) to the back plate (12), a ring-shaped protrusion (111) is arranged on a surface of the front plate (11), an opening (112) is arranged on the ring-shaped protrusion (111), and a first slanted face (113) for guiding the rotation of the pen sleeve is arranged on a side wall of the opening (112). Several mounting portions (131) are arranged circumferentially on the rotary disc (13), the pen sleeve (15) is rotatably arranged on the mounting portions (131), a limiting block (121) is arranged on the back plate (12) in a radially protruding manner to limit the rotation of the pen sleeve (15) when same is located at the opening. The actuator (17) is arranged on the front plate (11) or the back plate (12), and is connected to the rotary disc (13), and the actuator (17) is used to drive the rotary disc (13) to rotate. The scribing pen (16) is detachably arranged in the pen sleeve (15). The pen changing device uses a track formed between the front plate and the back plate, and the rotary disc, such that the scribing pen moves along the track, and a pen changing function is realised, the working efficiency is increased, and the time for pen changing is reduced.
