Abstract:
Provided is a pencil lead that can achieve both an improvement in density of written lines and an improvement in fixability at high levels and that hardly contaminates a writing hand or the like.　This pencil lead is characterized by being impregnated with wax having a melting point of 45 to 80℃. Alternatively, provided is a pencil lead characterized by being impregnated with an oily composition that contains 50 mass% or more of wax having a melting point of 45 to 80℃ and 10 mass% or more of a tackifier resin and that is solid at normal temperature (25℃).
