Abstract:
The present invention discloses a pentamethine cyanine dye and a preparation method therefor. Utilizing the advantages of pentamethine cyanine dye such as long wavelength and good stability, the method introduces a sulfhydryl group into molecules for inducing the dynamic open ring and close ring of the dye at physiological pH, so as to achieve a function of protecting the dye to trigger flickering. The method further protects the sulfhydryl group with a disulfide bond such that the dye can radiate stable fluorescence, which is convenient for confirming the dyeing effect. The disulfide bond can be cut off by highly active sulfhydryl protein in the cell to achieve flickering.
