Abstract:
Provided is a percutaneous absorption sheet production method using an electroformed mold. In an electroformed mold manufacturing method, a mold which is a matrix having a recessed pattern is prepared, the mold is immersed in a degassed pretreatment liquid that is held in a pretreatment liquid tank, and then ultrasonic waves which are generated from an ultrasonic vibrator are applied to the recessed pattern in the mold so as to fill the pretreatment liquid in a recessed section constituting the recessed pattern. The mold is immersed in an electroforming tank for electroforming process to produce an electroformed mold. A mold having the recessed pattern is manufactured from the electroformed mold, and a percutaneous absorption sheet is produced using the mold.
