Abstract:

Disclosed is a perfecting press wherein a front surface print section (13) which prints on the front surface of a print sheet (S) and a back surface print section (12) which prints on the back surface of the print sheet (S) are arranged in series between a paper feed section (11) and a paper eject section (14), and the paper eject section (14) consists of paper eject drums (21, 22) which can transport the print sheet (S) while holding the tip thereof, a chain gripper mechanism (23) which is arranged above the paper eject drums (21, 22) and can transport the print sheet (S) received from the paper eject drum (22) while holding the tip thereof, and a paper stacker (24) on which the print sheet (S) transported by the chain gripper mechanism (23) is stacked. A front surface inspection device (31) which inspects the print quality of the front surface of the print sheet (S) on which perfect printing is completed is provided to face the outer circumferential surface of the second paper eject drum (22), and a back surface inspection device (32) which inspects the print quality of the back surface of the print sheet (S) completed perfecting printing is provided to face the outer circumferential surface of the first paper eject drum (21).
