A periscopic optical imaging system (10), a camera module using same, and an electronic device. The periscopic optical imaging system (10) comprises an integrated catadioptric lens (M) and a light deflecting member (P), wherein the integrated catadioptric lens (M) comprises an object-side surface (M2) and an image-side surface (M1); the object-side surface (M2) has a first transmission portion (M2E) near the circumference; the image-side surface (M1) has a first reflection portion (M1E) near the circumference; the object-side surface (M2) has a second reflection portion (M2C) near the optical axis; the image-side surface (M1) has a second transmission portion (M1C) near the optical axis; the first transmission portion (M2E) is arranged surrounding the second reflection portion (M2C); the first reflection portion (M1E) is arranged surrounding the second transmission portion (M1C); and the light deflecting member (P) is arranged on the image side of the integrated catadioptric lens (M). The integrated catadioptric lens (M) cooperates with the light deflecting member (P), such that the periscopic optical imaging system (10) can achieve a longer effective focal length on the premise of being miniaturized and thin.
