Abstract:
A permanent magnet structure-based pipeline demagnetization device (0) and an application thereof. The device consists of a center piece and permanent magnets (2) distributed on the center piece. Magnetic fields, of which the direction alternately changes, are formed in the pipeline wall of a pipeline (4) in an axial direction from front to rear, the strengths of the magnetic fields gradually decreasing. The device can apply a built-in structure or an external structure to the pipeline (4), so as to perform demagnetization. The pipeline demagnetization device (0) spatially constructs a stable set of alternating decaying magnetic fields, so that when a magnetized pipeline (4) spatially generates a relative displacement with said set of alternating decaying magnetic fields to enable the pipeline wall of the pipeline (4) to be subjected to this set of alternating decaying magnetic fields, the purpose of demagnetization is achieved.
