Abstract:
A radially-distributed adjustable permanent magnet safety coupling and a permanent magnet unit (21). A drive disk (3) of the coupling is provided with a conductor component (31). A permanent magnet component (2) is provided outside of a driven disk (1). The permanent magnet component (2) consists of multiple permanent magnet units (21), and each of the permanent magnet units (21) is provided with a centrifugal mechanism (4). The conductor component (31) and the permanent magnet component (2) rotate relative to each other to generate a magnetic field, and the centrifugal mechanism (4) switches between an expanded state and a retracted state and adjusts the size of a gap between each of the permanent magnet units (21) and the conductor component (31). The permanent magnet units (21) comprise a position-limiting plate (211), a magnet retainer frame (212), and a permanent magnet block (213), and the position-limiting plate (211) has one side connected to the centrifugal mechanism (4) and the other side connected to the magnet retainer frame (212). The permanent magnet units (21) are arranged and distributed radially on a circumference, thereby ensuring that the permanent magnet safety coupling adjusts a torsion force according to a rotation speed during operation, and improves torque uniformity. The invention further enables adjustment of a soft start rate according to an actual requirement, thereby preventing a transmission impact on a load end, increasing an applicable range, and providing effective protection.
