Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a permeability measurement jig 10 including: a first waveguide 20 in which a signal line 22 at one end thereof has an excitation section 22b that generates a magnetic field in response to an excitation signal; and a second waveguide 30 in which a signal line 32 at one end thereof has a detection section 32b where the magnetic field generated by the excitation section acts on a measurement sample 46 to induce a detection signal, and the detection section is disposed above and so as to face the excitation section at a prescribed distance. Also disclosed are a permeability measurement device including the permeability measurement jig 10, as well as a method for measuring permeability.
