Abstract:
A perovskite solar cell comprises: a first barrier layer; a first transparent electrode layer coupled to the first barrier layer; an electron transport layer coupled to the first transparent electrode layer; a light absorption layer which is coupled to the electron transport layer and which has a light collection array provided in a light incident direction; a hole transport layer coupled to the light absorption layer; a second transparent electrode layer coupled to the hole transport layer; and a second barrier layer coupled to the second transparent electrode layer.
