Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a first frequency converter (11) for generating a third signal from a first signal output from a first signal source (1) and a second signal output from a second signal source (2); a first delay circuit (12) for, upon delaying the first signal output from the first signal source (1), outputting the delayed signal as a fourth signal; a second delay circuit (13) for, upon delaying the second signal output from the second signal source (2), outputting the delayed signal as a fifth signal; a second frequency converter (14) for generating, from the fourth signal output from the first delay circuit (12) and the fifth signal output from the second delay circuit (13), a sixth signal having the same frequency as the frequency of the third signal; and a comparator (17) for outputting a seventh signal indicating a phase difference between the phase of the third signal generated by the first frequency converter (11) and the phase of the sixth signal generated by the second frequency converter (14). A determination circuit (19) detects the occurrence of an abnormality in the first signal source (1) or in the second signal source (2) on the basis of the seventh signal output from the comparator (17).
