Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a phase shifter and an antenna. The phase shifter provided by embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a first substrate and a second substrate arranged oppositely, and a dielectric layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; the first substrate comprises a first base, a signal electrode provided on the side of the first base close to the dielectric layer, and a reference electrode. The second substrate comprises a second base, and at least one patch electrode provided on the side of the second base close to the dielectric layer. The phase shifter further comprises a first feed structure and a second feed structure respectively connected to two ends of the signal electrode; the first feed structure is used for changing a transmission direction of a microwave signal transmitted by means of a signal line so that the microwave signal is transmitted along a first direction; the first direction intersects a plane where the first base is located; the second feed structure is used for changing the transmission direction of the microwave signal transmitted by means of the signal line so that the microwave signal is transmitted along a second direction; the second direction intersects the plane where the first base is located.
