Abstract:
The present invention provides: a novel phosphorus compound having an isocyanurate ring; a synthetic method for said phosphorus compound; a flame retardant containing said phosphorus compound; and a resin composition containing said phosphorus compound and a resin component. Moreover, provided are: a prepreg using said resin composition; a metal foil with a resin; a thermosetting resin film; a metal-clad laminate; a printed wiring board; and an adhesive. The present invention pertains to: a phosphorus compound having an isocyanurate ring and represented by chemical formula (I); a synthetic method therefor; and a use thereof. (In the formula, R1 represents a C1-C20 alkyl group, an aryl group, or a benzyl group, and R2 represents a group represented by formula (1). Alternatively, R1 and R2 may be linked to form a ring. Each R3 identically or differently represents a C2-C20 alkenyl group or a C2-C20 alkynyl group. Each R4 identically or differently represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C20 alkyl group, an aryl group, a benzyl group, a C2-C20 alkenyl group, or a C2-C20 alkynyl group. Each Y identically or differently represents a C1-C20 alkylene group.) (In the formula, R3, R4, and Y are the same as above.)
