Abstract:
Provided is a photocurable composition having excellent economy and excellent coating properties, fast-curing properties, and thin-film curing properties, whereby mold swelling by a resin can be suppressed while shape transfer properties are secured in a nanoimprinting method, and durability of a mold can be enhanced. This photocurable composition includes the component (A), component (B), component (C), and component (D) below, the content of component (A) being 10-50 wt% and the content of component (B) being 20-60 wt% with respect to the entire quantity of a photocurable compound included in the photocurable composition. Component (A): an alicyclic epoxy compound represented by formula (a). Component (B): an oxetane compound having a Fedors SP value of 9.2 (cal/cm3)1/2 or greater. Component (C): a cation-curable compound having a weight-average molecular weight of 2000 or greater and/or a Fedors SP value of 9.2 (cal/cm3)1/2 or greater. Component (D): a photopolymerization initiator.
