State of the Art

Today mobile application markets have many photograph taking and editing applications. Among some examples are adobe photoshop light, aviary photo editor, bonefire photo editor. However, such applications can only make contract, light, colour adjustments or filtering. Some photo applications can apply animal effects such as dog, cat etc. and allow adding and changes in user’s photo.

Some users may not want to imitate certain photos while taking photo. However, when one tries to imitate his/her or another person's photo, it is considerably difficult to catch face and body positions exactly. Therefore, catching both face and body positions in exact manner requires high efforts.

As seen, system is related to a selfie photo taking system and operating method and in addition discloses an embodiment capable to solve disadvantages mentioned above.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Purpose of the Invention

Differently from the existing related art, the invention aims to disclose an embodiment having different technical features providing a new solution.

Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a system and method providing selection of a photo used in mobile applications and loaded by user himself-herself and providing display of camera image of human or humans silhouettes in the picture in a certain transparency on the screen and enabling easily imitation of photo selected by the user by checking the displayed silhouette.

Another purpose of the invention is to capture exact both face and body position of the person and provide easy photo taking and imitating.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a system providing capture of both face and body position of person/persons in a photo via an application loaded to smart device and thus providing imitation and taking picture and characterized in comprising

• A photo selection unit providing selection of a photo shared before or loaded by user,

• Photo transparent making unit providing transparency of a photo selected by photo selection unit/bringing it into silhouette,

• Photo taking unit providing taking photo upon track of imitation of transparent image and discovery of imitation as desired by the user.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

The invention relates to a system and method capturing a person/persons in a photo according to exact position of both face and body and imitating of them and providing taking photo.

In the system disclosed under the invention, users (1) install an application (3) to a smart device (2) such as mobile device/smart phone tablet etc. capable to take photo. User (1) can select a photo share before or s/he has installed from photo selection unit (3.1) in the application. In addition user (1) can also select a photo shared in social media. A photo selected before can be made transparent by photo transparency unit (3.2) at a certain rate. User (1) sees human silhouette/image made transparent on camera screen. Then it tries to imitate same pose by looking at image made transparent. If it can imitate same pose, this case is detected by help of artificial intelligence algorithm and taking photo automatically by photo taking unit (3.3). While user (1) performs this function in the application (3), red-green lines appear around transparent human silhouette on user friendly camera screen and helps user choose correct position. When correct position is chosen, red lines turn into green and automatic photo taking is conducted. User (1) can also take manual photo as s/he wishes.

After photo is taken by photo taking unit (3.3), user (1) can make required adjustments regarding photo by use of photo editing unit (3.4) For instance, s-he can put photo made transparent and his/her photo by each other or can use only newly taken photo

At photo sharing unit (3.5), the taken photo can be shared in social media or application being subject of the invention. In addition, it can be saved to smart device (2).

The process steps performed by the system of the invention are as follows:

• User’s (1) starting application (3) from smart device (2),

• Selection of a photo share before or installed by the user (1) by means of photo selection unit (3.1),

• Making selected photo transparent at a certain rate/making it silhouette by means of photo transparent unit (3.2),

• User’s (1) seeing human silhouette made transparent/image on camera screen and trying to imitate same pose according to image made transparent,

• verification of imitation of image made transparent at intended rate and taking photo by photo taking unit (3.3),

• User’s (1) making related adjustments on the photo by use of photo editing unit (3.4),

• Sharing the taken photo in social media or in application (3) by means of photo sharing unit (3.5),
