Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a photography method and an electronic device. In the photography method, a virtual shutter key is provided in a photography preview interface, and a photography or video recording function is realized by means of a user clicking on the virtual shutter key. The virtual shutter key has the same function as that of a shutter key of a camera application. When the user uses the photography function of the electronic device, the virtual shutter key can move in the photography preview interface according to touch input of the user, thereby improving the photography experience of the user. In addition, the user can complete a photography operation simply by touching and clicking on the virtual shutter key, such that a jitter generated by carrying out photography by means of pressing a mechanical key (such as a volume key) is prevented, and the quality of a photographed photograph is ensured, thereby meeting photography requirements of different users, and improving the photography experience of the users.
