Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method which manufactures, by means of a roll-to-roll process, a nucleic acid detection device comprising a photonic PCR well based on surface plasmonic of a conductive polymer and detects target nucleic acids in real-time by using the manufactured device, and to a system therefor. When using the present invention, it is possible to detect target nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) present in a sample in real-time, and the nucleic acid detection device of the present invention can be mass-produced at low cost within a short amount of time through the roll-to-roll process.
