Abstract:
A physically non-stick pan having a concave-convex structure and a preparation method therefor. The physically non-stick pan comprises a pan body (1), a concave-convex structure (11) is formed on the inner surface of the pan body (1), and the concave-convex structure (11) comprises protruding ridges (111), which protrude from the inner surface of the pan, and recessed regions (112), which are enclosed and formed by the protruding ridges (111). A physically non-stick layer is at least provided on the inner surface of the pan body in the recessed regions (112). By providing the concave-convex structure (11), the protruding ridges (111) are protectively provided on the non-stick layer of the recessed regions (112), thus reducing the direct friction between a spatula and the non-stick layer and extending the non-stick effect of the pan body (1).
