Abstract:
The invention relates to a picking station (19) and a storage and picking system (1) for automatically picking and automatically packaging products (10a..10p). The invention comprises an automatically operated packaging machine (25) and an outgoing goods conveyance mechanism (20) and different types of picking regions (24a...24f), in which the products (10a..10p) associated with an order are compiled and prepared for the packaging process. In particular, the products (10a..10p) are stacked on top of one another to form a product stack (41) and delivered in succession to a loading conveyor mechanism (26) leading to the packaging machine (25), or directly into the packaging machine (25). The invention furthermore relates to a method for operating said picking station (19) and said storage and picking system (1).
