Abstract:
Provided is a pill pickup apparatus that can be easily introduced and allows pills to be adjusted to the number directed in a prescription. A case (3) accommodates multiple individual packages (t) of a PTP pill sheet cut into a dispersed state. The bottom surface of the case (3) is provided with a plurality of through holes (35), and the case has an airflow reversing plate for causing the air flow sent in via the through holes to be reversed downward. A spray device (320) sends the air flow in from the bottom surface of the case (3) via the through holes (35). A suctioning device (305) has an in-drawing nozzle (310) for drawing in the air, and a hood (311). The hood (311) has a curved surface, the inner surface of which is concave, with the suction nozzle (310) situated at the top part thereof. The hood (311) is inserted from above the case (3), and the suction nozzle (310) suctions in the individual packages (t).
