Abstract:
The technical objective of the present invention is to provide a pillow which can improve blood circulation in the occipital region, smoothly dissipate heat from the occipital region, and fix the occipital region so as to facilitate deep sleep. To this end, the pillow of the present invention is a pillow that a user uses when lying down and comprises: a pillow body; an occipital exposure part having a shape in which the center of the rear surface of the pillow body is concavely depressed toward the front surface; and an occipital support part which is provided in the center of the top surface of the pillow body and defines the edge of the occipital exposure part.
