Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a pin tip structured so as to be able to reduce the occurrence rate of failure of can projection and can dropping. [Solution] A rod-like pin tip 20 is rotatably fitted to a pin 15 of a chain conveyor 100, is inserted with play into a can body 500 having a cylindrical trunk part with one end surface opened, and supports the cylindrical trunk part of the can body, the pin tip being configured such that in the bent outer peripheral surface OS of the pin tip, the degree of bending of a support outer circumferential surface section Px within a prescribed range on a side supporting the inner surface of the cylindrical trunk part of the can body 500 is less than the degree of bending of another outer circumferential surface section, and is approximate to the degree of bending of the cylindrical trunk part of the can body.
