Abstract:
A pipeline underwater air tightness test device, comprising: a support (1), a water pool (2), a pipe support plate (3), pipe placement supports (4), a hydraulic assembly and a cylinder assembly; the pipe support plate (3) is provided within the water pool (2), and a plurality of pipe placement supports (4) is provided on the pipe support plate (3); a cylinder (7) is provided above the pipe placement supports (4), a pressing plate (6) being connected below the cylinder (7); a square tube (8) is provided below the pipe support plate (3), and a bottom portion hydraulic cylinder (9) is connected below the square tube (8); a side portion of the water pool (2) is provided with a first baffle (11), the first baffle (11) being connected to a side portion hydraulic cylinder (10); another side portion of the water pool (2) is provided with a second baffle (12), the second baffle (12) being in communication with an air intake pipeline. By means of testing the underwater air tightness of a pipeline, the air-tight performance of the pipeline may be effectively detected, while the degree of automation is high, and the test is simple and quick, being easy to operate.
