A pit-removing and skewering device for sugarcoated haws, comprising a frame and a positioning conveying mechanism provided on the frame, a drilling and pit-removing mechanism, a quantitative stuffing mechanism, a precise skewering mechanism, and a driving mechanism; wherein the drilling and pit-removing mechanism and the quantitative stuffing mechanism are sequentially provided on an upper end of the positioning conveying mechanism from front to back; the precise skewering mechanism is provided on one side of the positioning conveying mechanism and corresponds to the positioning conveying mechanism; the driving mechanism is provided on one side of the positioning conveying mechanism and comprises a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism; the first driving mechanism is connected to the positioning conveying mechanism and the precise skewering mechanism; and the second driving mechanism is connected to the drilling and pit-removing mechanism and the quantitative stuffing mechanism.
