Abstract:
This plan drafting device, which drafts a plan pertaining to a distributed power supply of a consumer, executes: an adjustment force value calculation process in which a presumed market value of a supply-demand adjustment force is calculated on the basis of a sufficiency degree of the adjustment force for a prediction value of a supply-demand variation amount in an area and a market unit price of the supply-demand adjustment force of the area based on the past transaction result, and an allowable value excess risk of a power distribution line based on reverse power flow and forward power flow is calculated on the basis of a power introduction amount of renewable energy in the area, the prediction value of the supply-demand amount in the area, and allowable values of a current and a voltage of a power distribution facility in the area; and a drafting process in which an arrangement plan of the distributed power supply is drafted on the basis of the presumed market value and the allowable value excess risk calculated in the adjustment force value calculation process.
