Abstract:
Provided is a technique that enables less experienced producers to perform cultivation management that reflects their management policies. The present invention is provided with: a plan determination device (3) that determines a plant cultivation plan on the basis of a management policy of a producer and a plant growth simulation; an environment/work control device (4) that controls a plant surrounding environment and provides a work instruction to a worker; and a management execution device (2) that manages the relation between a plan index value related to the cultivation plan determined by the plan determination device (3) and an actual index value for plant cultivation obtained by the environment/work control device. The management execution device (2) provides past record/prediction information of an index value and work content information to the plan determination device (3), acquires index value plan information from the plan determination device (3), provides work content change information and a control policy for the plant surrounding environment to the environment/work control device (4), and acquires actual work content information, record information of a plant index value, the plant surrounding environment, and vital record information from the environment/work control device (4).
