Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of waste disposal, and specifically discloses a plasma-based system for the gasification and incineration of organic waste from a ship. The system comprises a pretreatment subsystem, a heat treatment subsystem and an auxiliary subsystem, wherein the pretreatment subsystem is used for pretreating the organic waste; the heat treatment subsystem comprises a plasma torch, a gasification chamber, a combustion chamber and an ash deposition chamber which are sequentially connected, the plasma torch being used for providing a heat source for the gasification chamber, the gasification chamber being used for carrying out thermal decomposition on the pretreated organic waste to form organic fragments, the combustion chamber being used for incinerating the organic fragments, and the ash deposition chamber being used for cooling and dredging smoke and ash after the organic fragments are incinerated; and the auxiliary subsystem comprises a power supply electric control device and a gas supply device and is used for providing electric power and gas supply for the whole system. The present invention fully utilizes the advantages of the plasma treatment of the organic waste, and by combining the optimization of the pretreatment device and the gasification chamber, the adaptability to the types of the organic waste is wider, and the heat treatment efficiency is higher.
