Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic extrusion device for a multi-layer co-extrusion film. The plastic extrusion device comprises an unloading mechanism, a melting mechanism, a co-extrusion composite distributor, a co-extrusion die head, a machine frame platform, and a portal frame body. A base is slidably provided on the machine frame platform so that the melting mechanism can relatively slide on the machine frame platform, and therefore when the whole melting mechanism expands with heat and contracts with cold, the melting mechanism can expand and contract on the machine frame platform so as to reduce the stress of the melting mechanism. An output end of the melting mechanism is connected to a feeding end of the co-extrusion composite distributor by means of a metal hose, so that a distance between the co-extrusion composite distributor and the melting mechanism is variable, and the stress when the melting mechanism expands with heat and contracts with cold is effectively prevented from being transmitted to the co-extrusion composite distributor. In addition, the distance between the co-extrusion composite distributor and the melting mechanism is variable, and therefore the co-extrusion die head is provided in front of the machine frame platform in a suspended manner by means of linear moving suspension arms, and the co-extrusion die head can move forwards and backwards with respect to the machine frame platform, thereby facilitating adjusting the position for extruding raw materials by the co-extrusion die head.
