Abstract:
A plastic product cutting apparatus, relating to the field of plastic product machining and mainly for solving the problems that an existing plastic product cutting device is poor in adjusting capacity and cannot be cleaned. The plastic product cutting apparatus comprises vertical plates (10); a first fixing plate (11), a second fixing plate (12), and a cutting table (13) are fixed between the vertical plates; a cutting cavity (15) is provided on the cutting table; a horizontal moving assembly (20) is provided on the first fixing plate; the top end of a first sliding rod (28) is connected to a vertical displacement assembly (40); a spraying assembly (60) is provided on one side, away from a conveying assembly (50), of the cutting table; the spraying assembly comprises a water tank (61) placed on the cutting table; a water pump (62) is provided in the water tank; the water pump is connected to a mounting box (64) by means of a water inlet pipe (63); an output shaft of a third motor (66) on one side of the mounting box is fixedly connected to a second threaded rod (72); an adjusting block (71) is threadedly connected to the second threaded rod; and the adjusting block is connected to a connecting base (69) on a sprayer (67) by means of a connecting rod (70). The cutting efficiency is improved, and conveying of a plastic product and cleaning of the cutting table are facilitated.
