Abstract:
Disclosed is a plate and strip rolling process oriented efficient and stable current applying manipulator, comprising a rolling machine, a first machine frame provided on a feed side of the rolling machine, and a second machine frame provided on a discharge side of the rolling machine. Several ceramic rollers for feeding materials are respectively provided above the first machine frame and the second machine frame. Pulse current applying components are provided on both sides of the ceramic rollers. A material thickness measurement mechanism is provided above the ceramic rollers on the first machine frame. A pressing-down mechanism for levelling a plate is provided between the discharge side of the rolling machine and the ceramic roller. According to the present invention, the safety hazard caused by overall electrification of the machine frame when a conventional current is applied is effectively avoided, the current loss caused by the conventional current applying approach is reduced, and the defect of the service life of a roller is reduced, especially the defect when a plate and strip having the limited length size is rolled at high temperature, it is difficult to apply a pulse current to the plate and strip. Moreover, stable loading of a pulse current having the limited size can be realized, and the pulse current effectively acts on a rolling area.
