Abstract:

A pneumatic disc brake, comprising a fixed brake arm (1) and springs (13). A rotatable brake arm (2) is rotatably connected to the middle part of the fixed brake arm (1); an actuator (3) is installed at the end of the fixed brake arm (1) away from the rotatable brake arm (2); a return spring (4) is fixedly connected between the top of the fixed brake arm (1) and the top of the rotatable brake arm (2); mounting seats (5) are fixed on the inner sides of both the fixed brake arm (1) and rotatable brake arm (2); a friction block (6) is mounted on the outer side of each mounting seat (5); a removal disc (7) is provided on the side of the friction block (6) away from the mounting seat (5); fitting recesses (8) are provided on two sides of the mounting seats (5) close to the friction blocks (6); the sides of the mounting seats (5) close to the fitting recesses (8) are provided with recesses (9) in communication with the fitting recesses; and fitting blocks (10) are fixed on the sides of the friction blocks (6) close to the fitting recesses (8). During installation or removal of the friction blocks (6) by means of the fitting blocks (10) and fitting recesses (8), the friction blocks (6) drive the fitting blocks (10) to move into or out of the fitting recesses (8) by means of the recesses (9). The snap-fit structures formed by the fitting recesses (8) and the fitting blocks (10) facilitates the installation or removal of the friction blocks (6) and replacement of the friction blocks (6).
