Abstract:
Provided is a pneumatic tire with which it is possible to improve the adhesion between the inner surface of the tire and a sensor unit while ensuring air retention properties by attaching the sensor unit with a release agent adhered to the inner surface of the tire. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the pneumatic tire. At least one sensor unit 20 including a sensor 23 for acquiring tire information is fixed to the tire inner surface Ts with an adhesive layer 10 interposed therebetween, and the amount of silicon in the release agent is 0.1-10.0 wt% as detected by fluorescent X-ray analysis at least in the region S where the sensor unit 20 is fixed.
