Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a pointing remote control system, comprising: a remote control device and a display device. The remote control device sends a graphical infrared signal to the display device. The display device receives the graphical infrared signal by means of multiple infrared receivers. The display device obtains a projection graph of the graphical infrared signal on a display screen. The display device determines a pointing position of the remote control device on the display screen according to the projection graph. The display device displays a prompt mark at the pointing position on the display screen, and the prompt mark is used for giving, to a user, a prompt about the pointing position of the remote control device on the display screen. In this way, a display device can identify the pointing position of a remote control device on the display screen of the display device by means of a graphical infrared signal sent by the remote control device; the operation steps are simplified.
