Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polishing pad dresser having surface pores and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the surface pores are generated by preparing a diamond having a predetermined angle between the mid-point of vertices and a corner, subjecting the diamond to an acid treatment in which the diamond is heated in nitric acid mixed with iron nitrate at a predetermined temperature range, and then sintering the diamond in a nickel powder at another predetermined temperature range.
