BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

0001. The present invention is related to a single garment that can be worn as a least six clothing accessories. This single garment can be used, at least, as a scarf, or as a hat, or as a headband, or as a neck warmer and a headband, or as a headband and half-face cover, or as a hat with a back opening.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART

0002. In general, clothing accessories are used for a single function. For example, a hat can usually be used only as a hat and cannot be used as a scarf. Therefore, when a person want to wear a hat, and eventually wants to take the hat off and then wear a scarf, said person should carry a hat and a scarf as separate garments.

0003. The present invention provides a single garment that can be conveniently and easily converted to be used as at least one out of six garments or clothing accessories, eliminating the need of separate garments to achieve such clothing accessory poly-functionality.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a poly-functional garment that can be used, at least, as a scarf, or as a hat, or as a headband, or as a neck warmer and a headband, or as a headband and half-face cover, or as a hat with a back opening, wherein the back opening allows long hair to protrude out of said hat.

0005. Specifically, the present invention provides A poly-functional garment comprising:

Two round bands, wherein the two bands are attached to one another at an axis along the wide of the two bands, wherein the two bands are made of a stretching clothing material, and wherein the clothing material, when the garment is not in use, retract the two bands to default dimensions.

0001. In one aspect of the poly-functional garment of the present invention, the two round bands are symmetrical.

0002. In another embodiment of the garment of the present invention, wherein the two round bands are asymmetrical .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

0012. Figure 1, 2 and 3 show the garment of the present invention wherein said garment comprises:

Two round bands (1 and 2) , wherein the two bands are attached to one another at an axis (3) along the wide of the two bands, wherein the two bands (1 and 2) are made of a stretching clothing material, and wherein the clothing material, when the garment is not in use, retract the two bands (1 and 2) to default

dimensions .

0013. For the purpose of this patent application the two round bands of the garment of the present invention are depicted in FIGURES 1 to 8 with crossed lines drawing filling (1) and filled Xs drawing filling

(2) , only for clear illustration purposes to differentiate the two bands, specifically in FIGURE 3 and in FIGURES 4 to 8 when one of the bands (1 or 2) overlaps to some degree with the other band (1 or 2) . In the present invention, the two bands (1 and 2) are preferentially made of the same clothing material with the same texture pattern.

However, both bands (1 and 2) could also be made of different

materials with different textures.

0014. The attachment (3) at an axis along the wide of both bands (1 and 2) joints permanently both bands (1 And 2) , wherein said

attachment is made by means of sewing, bonding, knitting, etc., or any known technique used to attach clothing fabrics.

0015. In a preferred aspect of the garment of the present invention, the bands (1 and 2) are completely symmetrical with equal dimensions. However, in another embodiment of the garment of the present invention one band (1 or 2) may have a smaller circumference, or smaller wide, or smaller circumference and smaller wide, than the other band (1 or 2) to facilitate encirclement of one band (1 or 2) over the other band (1 or 2) .

0016. One of the advantages of the garment of the present invention is precise fitness over the neck, or the head, or the neck and the head because of stretchiness quality of the bands (1 and 2) and the permanent attachment of both bands (1 and 2) .

0017. For the purpose of this Patent Application the term band refer to a closed flat looped strip.

0018. Although this description presents preferred embodiments of the present invention, additional changes may be made in the form and disposition of the parts without deviating from the ideas and basic principles encompassed by the claims.
