Abstract:
The present invention provides a delivery technology which improves retentivity of 1-methyl-triptophan in blood and which enables efficient delivery of 1-methyl-triptophan to a tumor. The polymer particle composition according to the present invention contains: a polyamino acid that has at least one repeat unit derived from 1-methyl-triptophan represented by formula (I); a block copolymer that has a hydrophilic polymer segment and a hydrophobic polymer segment which includes said polyamino acid; and said polyamino acid or said block polymer.
