Title:
POLYEPTIDE CROSSLINKED PROTEIN MOLECULAR IMPRINTING POLYMER, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/172973
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A polyeptide crosslinked protein molecular imprinting polymer, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and dissolving a main monomer, a functional monomer, a polypeptide crosslinking agent, and a template protein in a water-soluble solvent to obtain a mixed solution; 2) adding an initiator to the mixed solution, and performing polymerization in the presence of a polypeptide crosslinker in a helix conformation; and 3) performing template eluting in the presence of a polypeptide crosslinker in a coil conformation to obtain the a polypeptide crosslinked protein molecular imprinting polymer, wherein the polypeptide crosslinker is a polypeptide having polymerizable double bonds at both ends of an amino acid sequence and being able to undergo helix-coil conformational transition. The polypeptide crosslinked protein molecular imprinting polymer can completely remove the template protein under a mild condition, and can improve the imprinting effect of the protein molecular imprinting polymer.
